Hearth & Honey is a preorder-only kitchen with pickup Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Orders are placed in advance (at least 24 hours ahead) for scheduled pickup at Ghostline Kitchens, 3400 Comsouth Drive, Austin, TX.
You can order directly through our website by clicking Order Online. We also offer ordering through Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub (where available). Simply browse our menu, customize your bowl or salad, choose pickup or delivery, and complete your order securely online.
Yes! Hearth & Honey offers catering for corporate lunches, office meetings, medical facilities, weddings, private events, birthdays, and special occasions. We offer individual boxed meals, buffet-style catering, and customized menus. Visit our Catering page or contact us for a personalized quote.

Absolutely! Many of our bowls can be customized by selecting your preferred house sauce or adding extra protein. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please include them in the order notes, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes! In addition to pickup, Hearth & Honey offers delivery Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Delivery is available throughout the Austin area and surrounding communities, with fees based on your location.

Yes. Delivery requires a minimum food subtotal of $150, before taxes and delivery fees — in addition to our standard 10-bowl minimum. Smaller orders are welcome for pickup.
Yes. During preorder you'll select your preferred delivery time within our daily window of 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Our team will confirm the final arrival window with you.
Meals are transported in insulated carriers and individually labeled, with applicable dietary tags included. Entrées and sides are served in pans, while sauces are labeled separately, keeping everything organized and easy to serve.

Many of our menu items are gluten-friendly. Look for the GF icon on the menu. Please let us know if you have a gluten allergy so we can take extra precautions during preparation.
Yes! Our Garden of Gold Bowl is completely vegan and made with seasoned lentils, roasted chickpeas, garlic herb basmati rice, ember roasted vegetables, and our house-made Golden Tahini Sauce.
